All 13 students are working together to fundraise for their $2100 goal. Many fundraising opportunities have been planned for students to reach their goal.

Indiegogo Online Fundraiser

This fundraiser is hosted online to make sure that we will have enough food to eat while traveling in Berlin and Hamburg. This last fundraiser will assure that our exchange trip will be a rewarding and enriching experience for all students and community members involved.

Indiegogo accepts paypal, credit, debit cards. If you could contribute even $5, it would be huge help towards our goal of $1400 by June 1st at 11:59 pm (PST). 
Please consider contributing if you have ever been an exchange student, known an exchange student, and/or have known how exchange experiences can enhance our world for the better.

Garage Sale

A garage sale is planned for the end of the school year (May 25th & 26th), just before we leave. There will be an opportunity to earn the last bit of money to pay for our travel expenses while in Berlin. If you are interested in donating any of your garage sale ready items (clothing, furniture, toys, or appliances), please contact Myriah Day at mday@pps.net or drop them off at 116 NE 29th Ave. on Friday, May 24th 3-5pm

Teens Work For Exchange 

Students are hired by community members to do work. Students can do many basic jobs such as yard maintenance, household chores, stacking wood, and moving boxes. 

Bowl-a-thon

On Saturday, April 20th 3-6pm, students (and friends) bowled for three hours at Hollywood Bowl (4030 NE Halsey). Students were in the process of gathering sponsors to donate to the each point that they score in the three hours. Sponsors then were expected to donate money directly to student to go towards their airfare.
